Your employer makes a superannuation contribution on your behalf each time you get paid. This contribution is at least 15.4% of your superannuation salary - which is well above the mandatory 9% Superannuation Guarantee.
What is my superannuation salary?
It is the salary used as the basis for determining your employer contributions.
It is not necessarily the same as your gross or net salary; it varies if you have a fortnightly contributions salary (FCS) or an ordinary time earnings (OTE) salary.
