How do I consolidate?
Complete our Transfer form [PDF: 676 KB] and send it back to PSSap; we’ll arrange the rest. Keep in mind, you may need to provide proof of identity to transfer your money from one superannuation fund to another – it is required by law.
Your other fund may also request this compliance letter from PSSap.
How do I know when it is done?
PSSap will write to you when your transfer has been completed.
