You can nominate your beneficiary (or beneficiaries) when you join PSSap.
Your beneficiary is the person you want to receive your benefit in the event of your death. Your benefit will include insurance proceeds in accordance with your cover.

How do I nominate my beneficiary?
Complete our Binding beneficiary nomination form [PDF: 683 KB]. To be valid, your form must be signed and witnessed in a particular way as explained in our form. Your nomination must also be renewed every three years to remain valid.
