What can I learn?

You can expect to leave the workshop knowing:

  • information about the cost of living in retirement
  • scheme rules and options for
      • retirement
      • resignation
  • other times when you may have access to your super
  • other ways to contribute to super such as consolidation of funds
  • how your super will be taxed
  • what tools can be used to manage your super while still contributing
  • how to read and understand your member statement
  • how to get information when you need it
  • PSSap members will also receive information on   investment and insurance options.
How long? 1 hour
What will I take away? The knowledge and skills to manage your super.

Public workshops - for contributing members

We hold super workshops in public venues around Australia each year.

Spaces for our workshops are limited. If you are not a member of the PSSap and would like to register for a workshop please also email us separately with your name and contact details to atworkformembers@aria.gov.au.

In-house workshops - are you interested in a workshop where you work?

Get your personnel area to contact us at atworkforemployers@aria.gov.au with details of the size of your agency and location. We will then contact them to discuss the possibility of holding a workshop at your workplace.
