If you are still not satisfied

Contact the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT), an independent arbitrator set up by the Australian Government to resolve members’ complaints. Lodging a complaint with the SCT is free of charge if you are dissatisfied with our response or we cannot resolve your situation within 90 days.
